This new 27-unit luxury townhouse community is located in Fremont, California. It is comprised of two and three story dwelling units arranged around a centrally located park and is designed to combine the spaciousness of the single family home with the amenities of community based living.
This project won the Residential Design Award of the Year in 2004.
