ADP’s principals designed, entitled (annexation, general plan amendment, rezoning and a conditional use permit) with Oakmont Senior Living operating the building since 2016. Its location with connections to Santa Clara Valley Medical and San Jose Community College makes it an ideal location to serve families in the heart of Silicon Valley. The three-story structure sits above underground parking and reflects a compact solution inside a less than 1-acre site. The building was almost completely reserved as of the grand opening and has consistently enjoyed occupancy rates in the high 90s.
